Qualifications

• 6+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Assembly for microprocessor-based systems.
• Experience with USB, RS232, SPI, I2C, CAN protocols.
• Experience with safety-critical code development.
• Familiarity with RF hardware/software (BLE/Wi‑Fi).
• Proficiency in JIRA and version control, code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement embedded software for industrial radio products.
• Develop architectures aligned with product specs, performance, and reliability.
• Advise teams on best practices for testing, integration, and lifecycle.
• Design and implement code for microprocessor-based systems in C, C++, and Assembly.
• Coordinate unit, integration, and system testing.
• Collaborate with hardware/RF engineers to integrate software with RF components.
• Apply test-driven development to improve quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain low-level software for USB, RS232, SPI, I2C, CAN.
• Work within controlled workflows and code reviews.
