Job summary

General Motors LLC is seeking an embedded software engineer to prototype and implement software across the full lifecycle, including design, coding and releasing robust embedded C solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Five years of embedded software experience is required.
• Experience with AUTOSAR infrastructure and testing tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and execute software tasks across the full development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, implement and debug embedded C software.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering software for embedded controls systems.
• Coordinate with Systems, Safety, Electrical Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Calibration teams.
• Improve software quality, perform root-cause analysis and debugging.
