Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years experience validating software systems and leading architecture.
• Deep understanding of software architecture for real-time systems.
• Experience shipping safety-critical products and building large-scale CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering productivity and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities, strategies and process improvements; lead change.
• Hands-on leadership of high impact efforts and mentoring.
• Develop automated diagnostics and integration workflows across test environments.
• Improve test robustness, deployment speed, and regression strategies.
• Standardize test-result schemas and enable analytics in Databricks.
