Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer in New York to analyze complex systems and craft evaluations and training data for AI coding models. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of embedded software engineering experience with C/C++.
Experience across embedded platforms, drivers or hardware abstraction layers, system telemetry, automated testing, and debugging complex hardware–software issues.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex embedded systems challenges and create evaluations and training data to improve Meta's AI coding models.
Collaborate across teams to build and optimize platforms for Android, Linux, and RTOS.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and end-to-end ownership of systems.
