Jobot is seeking a Sr Embedded Systems Engineer to join our manufacturing-focused team in Torrance, CA. This permanent role requires 5+ years in embedded systems, strong Python and Java skills, and experience with Agile and DevOps to deliver high-quality firmware and software solutions.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with industry standards, and stay current with embedded technologies to drive product excellence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded systems engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience in conducting code reviews and implementing best practices in software development.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware design and optimization.
