Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior FAE- Embedded Solutions Engineer based in Itasca, IL. You will engage with clients to create technical solutions for embedded analog, power and signal conditioning, and drive design wins to revenue.

You will provide in-depth engineering support, demos, proofs of concept, and help bring up and debug client systems, while visiting, training, and advising customers across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a strong academic track record.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductor/applications/sales would be a plus.
• Experience in embedded analog, power management, sensor conditioning and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in analog sensor and signal chain and analog power management solutions; advise on and implement innovative ideas.
• Continuously develop technical skills in analog sensor, signal chain and power management.
• Drive design wins to revenue by providing in-depth engineering support, demos, proofs of concept, and client engagement.
