Job summary

Ambiq Micro, Inc. is looking for an Embedded Software Architect in Austin, Texas, to define the software architecture for next-generation Edge AI MCUs. You will collaborate at the hardware/software boundary while mentoring engineers and influencing MCU generations.

Ideal candidates have over 12 years in embedded software development, expertise in ARM Cortex-M platforms, and strong proficiency in C/C++. This position is onsite five days a week and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience developing embedded software for real-time systems.
• Strong experience defining Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Ability to independently drive architectural decisions.
