LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead embedded real-time software projects across SoC, DSP, and FPGA domains.

You will own the full software lifecycle, from concept through deprecation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with customers to translate requirements into robust solutions. The ideal candidate has an MS or PhD in a relevant field, 10+ years of full lifecycle experience, expert C/C++, Linux, and hands-on experience with Yocto or

Qualificações

• MS in EE/CE/CS or PhD in related fields.
• At least 10 years of full software lifecycle experience.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• OS knowledge: Linux, drivers, memory, processes.
• Database experience with MySQL.
• Web tech: PHP, JavaScript.
• Scripting: Python, Bash.
• Embedded RT software with Linux or embedded OS.
• Hardware/software co-design experience.
• Yocto/Buildroot experience.
• TCP/IP networking and industrial protocols (MODBUS/TCP, BACnet, SNMP).
• Windows and Linux app development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and capture customer requirements.
• Architect software systems for complex needs.
• Design apps using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Maintain existing subsystems.
• Add features and fix bugs.
