Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 6 years prior engineering experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in computer/software engineering field
• Minimum of 5 years’ C++ development in a professional environment
• Active US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply CS, engineering, and math concepts to develop software for embedded hardware
• Proficient in C++, implementing software for embedded RTOS
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware and software teams to design interfaces
• Investigate root causes of complex issues and implement solutions
• Support all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Develop software test plans and procedures
• Use modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data and evaluate results
