Qualifications

• 8+ years of embedded software experience
• Expert-level C/C++ for embedded systems
• Linux-based multi-process and multi-threaded design
• Experience with BSPs, photonic control, alarms, service management

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software features from high-level requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and maintenance
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
• Participate in Agile planning, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows
• Provide technical guidance to Field Application Engineers and customers
