Job summary

Ethernovia Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer to develop the device drivers and firmware that power Ethernet-based networking for automotive and edge devices.

You will work on the Linux/AUTOSAR stack, implement kernel and user-mode drivers, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver safety-critical software with a strong emphasis on quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software or related field.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle including architecture, implementation, and testing fundamentals.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming; Python is a plus.
• Experience with Software Device Drivers, preferably for Ethernet.
• Deep understanding of OS, kernel, and device drivers; Linux/RTOS experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test, and integrate device drivers for Ethernovia's SDK.
• Develop kernel/user mode drivers and stack extensions for Linux and AUTOSAR.
• Collaborate across international teams with a focus on safety-critical automotive applications.
