Job summary

Envision Technology, LLC. seeks an early-career software engineer to design, implement, integrate, and test complex electro-optical systems for defense applications.

You will collaborate across disciplines, develop embedded software for both embedded systems and Windows GUIs, and support production testing. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in C/C++, RTOS, and embedded Linux; familiarity with GIT, I2C/UART/USB/MIPI; and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience with 1–3 years of software development.
• Proficient in C/C++ in embedded environments.
• Experience with Windows GUI development (C#) is a plus.
• Familiar with GIT and source control.
• Understanding of RTOS concepts and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering disciplines to create new product designs from concept to production.
• Develop software for embedded systems and Windows GUIs for testing.
• Work with electrical engineering to debug complex designs.
• Support full product life cycle from design to sustainment.
