Lone Star Analysis seeks a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to lead development on major weapons programs, designing and coding software for Lone Star and clients. The role requires senior guidance and architecture reviews for complex systems, contributing as a key individual contributor in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in C/C++ embedded defense software, real-time development experience, and active DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 8+ years of C/C++ embedded defense software experience.
• Experience with real-time or low-level system development.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and secure CI/CD workflows.
• Active DoD Secret Level Clearance and on-site work in US facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and code software products for Lone Star and clients.
• Provide senior guidance and architecture reviews for existing and proposed systems.
• Contribute as a senior individual contributor to complex weapon systems.
• Collaborate in a dynamic, team-based environment.
