In this role, you will design, implement, and test software for broadband devices, focusing on DOCSIS, PON, and Wi‑Fi, collaborating with hardware and network engineers to deliver reliable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of embedded software experience in broadband tech.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems and low-level hardware.
• Strong knowledge of DOCSIS, PON, and Wi‑Fi protocols.
• Experience with embedded Linux, debugging, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for broadband devices (DOCSIS, PON, Wi‑Fi).
• Write secure, maintainable code across multiple repositories.
• Develop firmware for microcontrollers and processors used in broadband devices.
• Collaborate with hardware, network, and software teams to deliver products.
• Document designs, test plans, and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive production readiness.
