Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a staff software engineer to lead embedded software development for commercial elevator products. Onsite in Bloomfield, CT, you will guide architecture, tools, simulation, testing, automation, and cybersecurity integration across global product lines.

You will mentor teams, enforce coding standards, drive CI/CD and automated testing, and partner with field stakeholders to improve controller software and UI/UX.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, CS or related field.
• Master’s in software engineering is acceptable as alternative to experience.
• Experience across full product development lifecycle and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software roadmap and global architecture decisions.
• Mentor engineers and drive global software architecture.
• Enforce coding standards and promote code reviews.
