Job summary
Two Six Technologies in Herndon, Virginia, is seeking a talented engineer to contribute to reverse engineering and forward development of complex wireless and embedded systems.
You will analyze firmware, support government customers, and help rehost software within emulation environments, with TS/SCI eligibility and daily office work.
This role emphasizes hands-on coding in C/C++ and Python, plus tooling like Ghidra, IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, and QEMU in a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Low-level software development in C/C++ and Python scripting in Linux.
- Experience with Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja for reverse engineering.
- Experience with firmware rehosting and emulation frameworks like QEMU.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- Location: able to work daily in Herndon, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to delivering technical tasks focused on reverse engineering and forward development of complex wireless and embedded systems.
- Support critical government customers by executing routine binary and file system analysis to map architectures.
- Operate under moderate supervision, following established company policies.
- Translate reverse engineering insights into functional software for firmware rehosting in emulation environments.
