This role leads technical ownership across the embedded stack, mentoring engineers and collaborating across hardware, software, and FPGA teams. You will drive bootloader/configuration, BSP bring-up, and driver integration, while guiding

Competenze

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's; or PhD with 3 years experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in C or C++ for embedded systems development with memory management and real-time constraints.
• Experience in bare-metal and embedded Linux including kernel internals, drivers, BSP bring-up, and user space apps.

Mansioni

• Lead board bring-up activities for next generation platforms, from bootloader to production readiness.
• Own embedded software for video networking, UI display, and ML on Linux-based systems; influence architecture and code quality.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for board functionality and performance metrics.
