Job summary
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Embedded ML Staff Engineer to drive architecture and delivery for Snapdragon Mobile AI features.
You will work on mobile handset software architecture, performance optimization, and system-level design across CPU/GPU/NPU with power and memory budgets. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS or EE required.
- 8+ years of Hardware/Software/Systems Engineering experience.
- Experience with embedded ML and mobile platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI frameworks and on-device ML.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement architecture for AI features within Snapdragon Mobile subsystems.
- Research requirements and build hands-on prototypes.
- Develop on-device agentic experiences including memory management and heterogeneous compute placement.
- Implement telemetry-driven scheduling for CPU/GPU/NPU workloads under power/thermal budgets.
- Lead design reviews and collaborate with external partners on milestones.
