Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD with 6–8+ years in HW/SW/Systems or related work.
• Strong experience with mobile SW design, performance optimization, and benchmarking.
• Experience with on-device AI, LLM/SLM workloads, and embedded ML.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture for AI features in Snapdragon Mobile products.
• Research cross-functional requirements and build hands-on prototypes.
• Develop on-device agentic experience components with memory management.
• Implement resource scheduling for CPU/GPU/NPU under tight budgets.
• Manage memory lifecycle for KV-cache and context sharing across sessions.
• Evaluate memory bandwidth and data movement to maximize AI throughput.
• Participate in design reviews and coordinate with external partners.
