Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience with full life-cycle software development.
• 3+ years in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, Ada and/or Linux for software systems.
• Experience with architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems.
• Willingness to obtain U.S. Secret/Top Secret clearance post-start.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, debugs and maintains embedded software across devices and systems.
• Translates customer requirements into software designs for embedded systems.
• Writes code for embedded software on specialized hardware.
• Integrates software with hardware components.
• Assesses and improves efficiency and stability of embedded software.

• Mentors junior engineers and communicates with senior leadership.
