Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Embedded Linux development experience and instrument control.
• Experience with embedded systems and distributed architectures.
• Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for embedded systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop software for instrument control, data processing, and analytical algorithms.
• Implement user interfaces, data analysis features, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Support new product development and sustain existing products through enhancements and fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering, scientific, PM, and manufacturing teams on delivery.
• Participate in design and code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
