Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with embedded components, peripherals, and supporting hardware (MCU, FPGA, CPLD, ADC, DAC).
• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, UART communication protocols.
• Proficiency in C programming language.
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts and development.
• Experience with instrumentation: oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, logic analyzer.

Responsibilities

• Firmware design and development for embedded systems, considering hardware limits and performance.
• Prototype testing: electrical, functional and environmental stress tests; debug software/hardware issues.
• System integration and validation with hardware engineers; cross-functional collaboration.
• Documentation of design specifications, code comments, and test reports; system-level validation.
