Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years hands-on embedded electronics design experience, including RF/mixed-signal systems.
• Experience with battery-powered wireless devices and end-to-end product development.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and lay out schematics and PCBs for motorized window coverings, including low-power/battery, BLE, Wi‑Fi, and Zigbee RF designs.
• Own antenna design, matching, and RF certification support (FCC, UL/Demko, UKCA, CE).
• Design and evaluate battery management and rechargeable systems (chemistry, charge/discharge, safety).
• Design DC motor drive circuitry and sensor interfaces for motion control.
• Be the Altium expert: schematic entry, library management, AVL/alternate-component strategy, data packs.
