Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years in a Sr. Automotive Embedded Hardware Product Design role.
• Ability to lead a small hardware team and guide engineers.
• Experience with schematic entry and PCB layout; Cadence is a plus.
• Familiarity with EMC, IPC standards, and design for testability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review design and development of electronic hardware.
• Analyze requirements using ALM tools to derive criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timing and delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with DFM/DFC/DFR and safety standards.
• Maintain records supporting patent actions.
