You will design, prototype and validate embedded software solutions for automotive applications, align with MISRA, AUTOSAR and IS0-26262 standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. The role requires strong C programming and experience with LIN/CAN/UDS diagnostics, and participation in APQP-driven processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive embedded software product design.
Experience with automotive launch cycles.
Knowledge of C programming, model-based design, architecture design.
Knowledge of LIN, CAN and UDS diagnostics.
Knowledge of AUTOSAR software architecture and related tools.
Familiar with ASPICE and ISO-26262 is an asset.
Familiar with software build, release, integration, validation processes and tools.
Responsibilities
Design, prototype and validate engineering solutions to meet timing requirements.
Maintain regular contact with engineering teams on technical issues.
Participate in program core teams with defined deliverables in C2P/APD.
Develop product solutions meeting customer needs within core part designs while complying with MISRA etc.
Maintain records of technical information, design and program details for reliability and IP actions.
Ensure design delivery with Design for Manufacturing/Cost/Testability and ergonomics.
