Job summary

The role emphasizes independent, proactive learning, rigorous verification, and performance optimization in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in McLean, VA. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred or required for certain program access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FPGA/SDR experience.
• Experience with HDL languages (Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog) or HLS.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX environments and scripting.
• Ability to read hardware schematics and use lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement FPGA-based DSP systems using HDL, HLS, and modern toolchains.
• Develop and optimize DSP algorithms for high-throughput hardware blocks.
• Collaborate with software/firmware teams to integrate FPGA designs.
• Test, verify, and validate designs under real-time constraints; optimize for timing, area, and power.
• Maintain design documentation and contribute to IP block development.
