Job summary

DSR Corporation is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team and advance wireless device firmware development. You will design and implement firmware for MCUs and embedded Linux-based systems, working with Zigbee stacks and modern IoT protocols.

Join us to optimize code size and performance, collaborate with clients, and help deliver robust embedded solutions across platforms, RTOS, and Zephyr where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ software development.
• Professional experience with Zigbee, including development, integration, debugging, or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience developing and debugging firmware for MCUs, with OS-less, RTOS, and/or Embedded Linux environments.
• Linux development across different hardware platforms.
• Ability to independently develop and take ownership of software components and communicate with team members.
• Strong collaboration skills within a software development team.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing codebases.
• Ability to design, document, and implement software subsystems.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and participate in technical meetings.
