The Position

We’re Looking To Hire a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer To Join Our Team. You’ll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

  • Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
  • Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Firmware Engineer or Embedded Systems Engineer.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
  • Strong hands‑on experience developing embedded firmware using C and C++.
  • Proven experience working with ESP32 platforms, with ESP32‑C6 and ESP32‑S3 strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing embedded systems from prototype hardware to production‑ready devices.
  • Hands‑on experience with audio processing, DSP, and low‑latency audio streaming (e.g., WebSockets, UDP).
  • Experience with BLE‑based proximity features and wireless communication on embedded devices.
  • Strong background in low‑power optimization, including deep sleep modes and battery management.
  • Experience working with IMU sensors and motion tracking in embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with on‑device AI inference or embedded ML workloads is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and real‑time constraints.
  • Comfortable working alongside hardware iteration cycles and manufacturing timelines.
  • Strong understanding of embedded development workflows, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and maintainability.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
