Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CPU Power Management FW Developer to advance firmware for Qualcomm's custom CPUs. You will collaborate to define and implement embedded firmware to manage power and performance for CPU subsystems within Qualcomm SoCs across verticals.

You will work closely with hardware PM and firmware teams, engage third parties on new platforms, and contribute to platform architects on future designs.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or CS with 5 years' embedded firmware experience.
• Self-starter with technical leadership.
• Proficient C and assembly debugging.

Responsibilities

• Drive firmware design, implementation and verification in pre/post-silicon environments.
• Define Power Management solutions for future Qualcomm CPUs.
• Engage with open-source communities for processor architectures and firmware features.
• Assist in identifying skills requirements and hiring engineers, collaborating on platform bring-up and diags.
