Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded real-time firmware development.
• 3+ years in system design/architecture.
• Experience with RF technologies (Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi‑Fi, etc.).
• Experience with MCU cores (ARM Cortex).
• Experience with bare‑metal and RTOS (FreeRTOS a plus).
• Experience with dev tools (debuggers, logic analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and modify embedded firmware for sensors, IR/RF remote controls, HVAC controls/thermostats.
• Collaborate in Agile cross-functional teams; write/maintain unit tests and user stories.
• Architect and validate firmware to optimize performance and memory usage.
• Support production, transfer products and processes to other locations.
