Job summary

TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks an Embedded Firmware Engineer to join an established industry leader. You'll develop bare-metal firmware for microcontroller-based industrial products, turning ideas into reliable functionality through hands-on coding, testing, and troubleshooting.

With 8+ years of embedded firmware experience and strong C programming, you'll support new product development and improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
• Strong C programming skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; master preferred.
• Experience with Microchip dsPIC, STM32, NXP, Renesas, TI or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of interrupts, timers, analog/digital interfaces, and time-critical processing.
• Experience with embedded communication protocols, source control, and firmware testing; automated testing and scripting skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills; PCB design and embedded cybersecurity experience are desirable.

• Improve performance and reliability of existing products and troubleshoot issues.
