Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to lead the development of battery management software. You will design architecture for real-time embedded systems, delivering reliable firmware for high-performance EVs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years of embedded software development experience including architecture, design, coding, testing, and release.
- 3+ years of experience using C (required) and/or Python.
- 2+ years of experience with schematics and peripheral interfaces.
- Experience in safety-critical multicore development is required.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design sophisticated software for battery management systems.
- Develop real-time embedded software with high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance battery management and energy features.
- Design and own mission-critical features such as state machines, fault handling, and diagnostics.
- Provide versatile support across the department as needed.
