Job summary

Hubble Network seeks a Senior Embedded Engineer- Developer Experience to accelerate the developer journey on the network. You will own bring-up on BLE-enabled silicon and drive SDK portability across multiple SDKs, while ensuring reliable device firmware updates and diagnostics in a constrained satellite link environment.

You will build reference materials and collaborate with vendors, supporting developers and fleet health through automated tests and robust tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on firmware experience in C for BLE-capable silicon.
• Strong Zephyr RTOS knowledge and related tooling.
• Experience building automated test infrastructure for embedded targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer bring-up path: reference apps, boards, samples across multiple SDKs.
• Port and maintain the SDK across Zephyr, nRF Connect SDK, ESP-IDF, TI and vendors.
• Design device-side firmware updates, remote config, and command handling.
• Build HITL tests, CI on real silicon, and reproducible validation workflows.
• Create developer-facing docs and examples to ease onboardings.
• Collaborate with vendors to get Hubble support into dev boards.
