The role focuses on architecture, implementation, and mentoring for distributed development teams. You will lead code reviews and design discussions to deliver robust embedded networking solutions.

The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to coding standards, and delivering high-performance software in a remote setup as a long-term contract role.

Job Title - Senior Embedded Engineer (Embedded Networking, C++, Linux)

Job Location - Remote (100%)

Job Type - Long Term Contract Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers in embedded networking, enhancing their capabilities in C++ and Linux, and increasing productivity through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews in C++ and Linux environments, establishing quality assurance processes and performance optimization techniques to ensure the successful delivery of complex embedded networking solutions.
• Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews, acting as a consultant for feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, assessing architectural risks, and contributing to project estimations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to embedded systems projects, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize risks and facilitate timely resolution of escalations.
