Job summary

Electronic Concepts & Engineering (ECE) seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead development of advanced embedded control systems for aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial applications in Holland, OH. You will own hardware/software integration, model-based design, and real-time control software from concept through production.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years' experience, strong MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++, and hands-on expertise in motor control, analog circuitry, and power

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of embedded control systems experience.
Strong MATLAB/Simulink proficiency and control modeling.
Experience with C/C++ in real-time embedded environments.
Motor control and power electronics design experience.
Hands-on lab and system integration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of embedded control systems for mission-critical applications.
Develop control laws, analyze models, and implement real-time software.
Design analog circuitry, power electronics, and motor drive hardware.
Lead hardware/software integration, verification, and validation activities.
Prepare technical documentation, requirements, and compliance artifacts.
Present results to internal teams and customers and mentor others.
