Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
• 10+ years in embedded software development with C/C++ and full SDLC.
• 5+ years in embedded control software with MBD, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink and cross‑functional collaboration.
• 5+ years in system‑level debugging with industry toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of embedded control software across programs.
• Direct control algorithm development, system and plant modeling, simulation, and software integration.
• Drive Model‑Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink for model development and code generation.
• Oversee the V‑cycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, testing, release.
• Ensure robust AUTOSAR‑based software architecture and platform interface alignment.
• Establish CI/CT practices and automated build/validation pipelines.
• Ensure ASPICE and ISO26262 compliance and coding standards.
• Lead debugging, validation, and optimisation using lab and vehicle tests.
• Manage resource planning, priorities, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead customer and stakeholder design reviews and issue resolution.
• Mentor engineers and build technical depth.
