Job summary

Corteva is seeking an Email Security Engineer to design, implement, and support Exchange environments (Online, hybrid, on-premises) and related messaging gateways. You will own security controls, including DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and EOP, and work with MSS and vendors to strengthen threat protection and ensure reliable mail flow across the enterprise.

You will coordinate changes, lead incident response, and partner with security operations and application teams to align with enterprise architecture

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience architecting, engineering, administering, and supporting enterprise Exchange environments.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Office 365, hybrid, and on-premises deployments.
• Expertise with email security tooling and messaging gateways (Proofpoint, EOP, DMARC, SPF, DKIM).
• Strong knowledge of AD/Azure AD, directory synchronization, and RBAC.
• Experience coordinating with MSS, SOC, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting messaging and related applications.
• Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for incidents impacting mail and related apps.
• Provide senior-level engineering support for Exchange Online, hybrid, on-premises Exchange, SMTP relay, transport, and related services.
• Provide architecture support for mail flow, Exchange topology, hybrid connectivity, identity integration, security controls, and roadmaps.
• Deliver on projects for Exchange migrations, AD data integration with messaging platforms.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders affected by service changes or disruptions.
