Job summary

Itlearn360 is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Specialist focused on email and cloud security engineering. This role requires design and assessment of security protocols alongside collaboration with IT teams and incident response management. The position offers a salary range of $133,600 – $200,400, along with comprehensive health benefits and participation in the Medtronic Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with a high school diploma or 7+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of SMTP, IMAP, POP3 protocols and email security standards.
• Experience with Cyber Security tools and phishing threats.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve email security policies and procedures.
• Conduct security assessments of email systems to identify gaps.
• Develop training programs for good email security practices.

Skills

Email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Troubleshooting complex email issues

Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with Proofpoint and O365

Education
