Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Tech Process Senior Associate to lead email campaign design and development. You will build HTML/CSS emails, landing pages, and campaigns, applying marketing automation to optimize performance and automate workflows.

You will collaborate with delivery managers to ensure accuracy of deliverables, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in email programs while maintaining brand standards and high deliverability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total experience in email development with 2 years in marketing automation tools.
• Proficient in HTML and/or CSS and can develop the HTML code from scratch.
• Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify and communicate issues to team lead and collaborate on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using email marketing platforms.
• Code HTML and CSS emails from scratch or using platforms; ensure responsive rendering.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling email templates.
• Set up automated email workflows for marketing and service update campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and optimize performance; run A/B tests for improvements.
• Work with teams to ensure accuracy of final deliverables and troubleshoot issues.
