Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Environmental Monitoring specialist within the Filling Department in the US. You will support EM activities to ensure timely batch releases, investigate discrepancies, and assist deviations using 5W2H.

The role requires aseptic gowning qualification and GMP experience, with training duties for new staff. Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with OneLims/MODA databases are expected, along with flexibility to adapt to changing volume and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification.
• Must maintain Grade A, B sampling qualification.
• Grade A/B monitoring in an aseptic area.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with OneLims and MODA databases; GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Member of EM Technician team; support EM capabilities for production.
• Maintain and support EM team to meet batch release schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies in batch review processes; raise deviations using 5W2H.
• Perform Environmental Monitoring for Routine and Non-routine checks.
• Aseptic gowning training and train new team members; keep staffing flexible.
