Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior EM Technician for 3rd shift in Swiftwater, PA, to lead environmental monitoring in the Filling Department. You will perform routine and non-routine EM activities, ensure aseptic conditions, and support batch release through problem investigation and deviation discussions, while training new hires.

The role requires GMP experience, aseptic gowning qualifications, and proficiency with MS Office, OneLims, and MODA.

Qualifications

• Must maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification.
• Must maintain Grade A, B, C, and D sampling qualification.
• Grade A/B monitoring in an aseptic area.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with OneLims and MODA databases.
• 2+ Years in GMP Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 1 Year in GMP Pharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities

• Member of a team consisting of EM Technicians.
• Maintain and support EM Team to ensure appropriate skillsets are achieved and maintained to support production needs.
• Support ESUM cycle times to meet product batch release schedules including investigating discrepancies found in the batch review process.
• Initiate discussions for possible deviations by utilizing 5W2H and assist with any investigational needs.
• Perform Environmental Monitoring associated with Routine and Non-routine monitoring; understand the function of the quality group and work in an aseptic manner.
• Support production facility in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need and effective procedures.
• Must be flexible to ensure staffing for changing business volume and needs.
• Train and support new team members.
• Qualified aseptic gown trainer

About you Education / Experience

• Must maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification.
• Must maintain Grade A, B, C, and D sampling qualification.
• Grade A/B monitoring in an aseptic area.
• Must be detail oriented and organized, with excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in OneLims and MODA databases.
• Experience with Sanofi EMS and/or Facility Pro.
• High School Diploma and 2+ Years in GMP Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 1 Year in GMP Pharmaceutical Industry.

Preferred Experience

2 Years of experience in Environmental Monitoring (EM) Aseptic Gown Qualification Qualified Trainer in one or more areas.
