Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Engineer to own Oracle Eloqua architecture, data models, and integrations with Oracle CRM (Redwood) and other enterprise systems. You will drive scalable configuration, data quality, and governance across campaigns and customer journeys.

You will collaborate with Marketing Operations, CRM, IT, and security teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring platform reliability and governance at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Eloqua and Eloqua data workflows.
• Experience designing Eloqua-to-CRM integrations with data mapping, synchronization, monitoring, and governance.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, deduplication, and governance for marketing data.
• Experience using APIs, ETL, iPaaS to connect marketing automation with CRM and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of Eloqua instances, environments, integration patterns, and scalable configuration standards.
• Design and maintain Eloqua data models across contacts, accounts, custom objects, and shared assets.
• Lead Eloqua–CRM integration design, data mapping, sync rules, error handling, and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with IT and integration teams to architect data flows using APIs, ETL, or iPaaS platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, data dictionaries, and configuration plans.
