Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Engineer, Treasury (Elixir) for a fully remote US-based role operating on Eastern Time hours. You'll own key treasury features, design robust backend services with Elixir/Phoenix, and drive end-to-end delivery in a small, senior team.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong Elixir/Phoenix production experience.
Experience owning features end-to-end from backend to frontend.
Fluent English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own treasury product features across the full SDLC, from discovery to production.
Design, build, deploy Elixir/Phoenix services and APIs.
Scale core treasury services for high-volume financial transactions.
Contribute to architectural standards and engineering practices.
Collaborate with founders and senior teams to shape direction.
Use Claude Code to improve productivity and quality.
Develop infrastructure enabling AI-driven expenses and travel.
Ensure observability and reliable production systems.
Refine engineering workflows and code review processes.
