Candidates should have over 10 years of experience with traction and rack-and-pinion elevators and hold a valid elevator mechanic license. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a licensed elevator mechanic.
• Experience with traction and rack-and-pinion elevator systems.
• Proficiency in schematics and control logic interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Conduct inspections in compliance with ASME A17.1.
