Job summary

TK Elevator in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Superintendent for New Installation and Modernization projects. You will manage all construction operations, supervise field teams, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning installations, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing progress with customers, and ensuring compliance with elevator industry codes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all construction field employees by providing direction and training, and communicating company policies, procedures and objectives.
• Administers company safety program and stresses safety importance to all employees.
• Plans, directs and prioritizes elevator installations and manpower needs; uses project management software and scheduling tools.
• Reviews job status using accounting reports and identifies risk and opportunity; reports fade issues prior to revenue.
• Manages jobsites from survey to completion, documents progress and reviews with customers.
• Manages subcontractor schedules and performance on turnkey projects.
• Develops and maintains relationships with owners, contractors, engineers and architects.
• Reviews change orders, purchase orders and turnover authorizations; manages AR and write-offs.
• Maintains knowledge of elevator industry codes; interfaces with factory and regional operations.
