Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks an experienced electronics installation and maintenance professional to lead security system projects. You will install, test, and commission IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems, while coordinating teams and on-site safety and quality controls.

Travel up to 50% is required; a Secret clearance is stated with Top Secret potential. Strong MS Excel/Office skills and effective communication are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED, or Electronics training program as listed.
• Military Electronics Training and related certifications are considered a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years in electronics installation/maintenance across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electronic security systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Lead on-site teams on large complex installation projects.
• Document daily reports, RFIs, and project progress.
• Coordinate scheduling and inventory; manage labor hours.
