M.C. Dean, Inc. is hiring an Electronics Technician 4 for its Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will design, install, test, and maintain advanced IDS, access control, CCTV, and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial customers.

Lead on-site teams, perform preventive maintenance, and document progress. Requires 8+ years in electronics installation with 3+ years in security systems; travel up to 25% and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills.
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency (desired).
• Ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electronic security systems.
• Lead on-site teams on large complex installations with limited supervision.
• Document daily reports, project progress, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and subordinates; manage project labor hours.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; test and commission hardware and software.
