Job summary

SA-TECH seeks an Electronics Technician, Maintenance II at Eglin AFB, FL to troubleshoot, repair, align, and operate complex electronic equipment and radar sub-systems in a demanding DoD environment.

You will use test gear such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators and power meters, interface with military test customers, and maintain safety and security compliance. A two-year degree and three years' related experience required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics field or certificate from accredited technical school, or equivalent military training, with at least three years' experience.
• Well-rounded Radar systems experience.
• Strong understanding of testing, repair, alignment and operation concepts for complex electronics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, alignment and operation of complex electronic equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot computer-controlled instrumentation, plus analog and digital interface gear.
• Interact with military and civilian test customers to ensure mission success.
• Perform duties including safety, security, PIPR, and TMDE as assigned.
