Job summary

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains the security system components (card readers, cameras, door hardware).
• Repairs and services Research lab equipment across Baylor campuses.
• Maintains fire alarm systems for Baylor campuses.
• Interprets engineering change orders, blueprints, diagrams, sketches, or photos related to duties.
• Estimates repair cost, time, and schedule to the client.
• Monitors inventory of supplies and orders replacements.
• May install and maintain electronic security systems.
• May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
