Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Specialist, Electronics (Starlink) to drive supply chain strategies for critical components and assemblies.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, manage BOMs, POs, and supplier performance. This onsite role requires 3+ years in purchasing or 5+ years without a degree, with ERP/MRP experience and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in purchasing / supply chain without a degree.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and BOMs management.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices for the assigned category.
• Forecast demand and manage capacity and material signals to align with production.
• Track supplier performance and communicate with vendors and senior leadership.
• Interpret engineering drawings and BOMs; develop sourcing strategies for hardware.
• Develop a supplier network to minimize cost and lead time for fabrication and delivery.
